Cirlock attends LGW Workplace Health & Safety Conference

Yes… our first post Covid tradeshow!

In mid-February, the Cirlock team were proud to be part of the LGW Workplace Health & Safety Conference at the Royal International Convention Centre, Brisbane.

The show had 120 Pre-Registered attendees and more than 30 Councils attended.   On average councils sent 3-4 staff members to this year’s Workplace Health & Safety Conference, showing a real commitment in this area.

The Cirlock team spoke to many of the show attendees who were all really interested in the range of Cirlock Lockout tagout equipment.  People were also happy to know we are Australian Owned and operated and are based here in Qld.   The products we manufacture here in Australia received particular interest, and customers were pleased to discover that have the flexibility to work with each individual Council to customise products to their needs.  The Councils were particularly interested in our Tags and that we could custom print them with their logos.

At the LGW Workplace Health & Safety Conference we showcased some new products, as well as the range of lockout tagout equipment you all know and love!

Our Cable Padlocks were a huge hit at the show, as well as custom tags, and group lock boxes.  The ability to have our padlocks keyed  alike or master keyed, as well as engrave/sticker them to suit council needs was also positive feedback we took from the show.

Our target audience is Safety Officers, Safety Supervisors and Workplace Health and Safety Officers/Managers and this show did not disappoint.  Networking opportunities were abundant and the feeling of people being out and able to network and liaise in person again gave this show a great overall buzz!  People were clearly happy to be back and appreciated e the ability to liaise with other Shires/Councils face to face.

The conference was a great turnout for us, having the opportunity to introduce ourselves and Cirlock to approximately 35 different Councils/Shires from around Queensland was fantastic.  It means they now have a personal contact here in Queensland, for when they need advice on our Lockout Tagout equipment, signs, stickers and tags, and that we are prepared to work with their ‘Local Buy’ businesses to get the products they need delivered direct to them without delay.
